As part of GSHA’s initiative called the “Art” of Communication we collaborated with Atlanta’s celebrated street-artist, Evereman during the Fall of 2017. Your fellow GSHA members made these pieces just for you! We distributed these ART BLOCKS at the convention. If you don't have one, contact our President Sucheta Kamath ([email protected]) and she can get it to you.
We hope you will BUILD something creative and innovative using this art piece to express your love for your profession. Some suggestions:
Capture the “Day in life of an SLP” (or an Audiologist) as you work with patients, families, students, peers, or your community.
OPTION 1: Visual submission
- A short video (like a skit)
- Photo montage
- A video message
OPTION 2: Written Submission
Submit your idea in writing to Sucheta Kamath ([email protected]) as
- A therapy plan with 3 pictures/ drawings OR
- A 250-400 word letter with your photo with the art piece
