This session will discuss integrating qualifications for fluency school-based services/ therapy techniques and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) to improve a student who stutters’ attitude toward communication, their ability to speak confidently, and promote students’ capacities to integrate thinking, emotion, and behavior to deal effectively with everyday personal and social challenges. She has lived and successfully practiced in 6 different states while working with a variety of caseloads including public and private schools, early intervention, and as a clinical supervisor within several University inpatient clinics.
